Suresh Kumar Dhawan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of LEADS Learning And Development Services. He has been involved in the training industry since 2000 and has trained more than 10000 people from all walks of life and industries. He is the founding member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) and the Malaysian Chapter of the International Federation for Professional Speakers (IFFPS). He is also a Certified Training Consultant (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd), and affiliate of the National Speakers Association (NSA) US.
